If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at within 14 days so we can resolve this issue for you. 

Should you change your mind on your purchase, we will happily issue a refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The item with the online returns form is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The item must be in its original condition - unworn and unwashed - with all labels and tags attached
  • Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns do not apply to earrings
